“Ohori · On the Way Home”

Johren Adventure

People walking. People running. People stopping for a moment.

Time flows as it always does,
in the park we return to every day.

What is Johren?

A local discovery system created for Japan.

What Johren values most is
“places that aren’t tourist spots, but shouldn’t be forgotten.”
Johren Adventure is a quiet local discovery system that connects
stations, shops, scenic views, and small cultural places
as you move through everyday routes.

Everyday scenes beside the subway

Just a few quiet places along familiar paths.

Nature in the city

Ohori Park

A calm stretch of water in the heart of Chuo Ward, surrounded by buildings. Its mood changes between morning and evening, and for locals, it is simply part of everyday life.

A park on the hill

Nishi Park

A slightly elevated park just beside Ohori. Less a sightseeing spot, more a place locals use for walking, resting, and passing time.

The local team

PayPay Dome and the Sea

Home to Fukuoka’s local team, a place many people have visited again and again.
Even on days without a game, the sea breeze continues to blow.

How It Works

Very simple. No app required.

1. Notice a place

Discovery begins with everyday locations along your route.

2. Open the place page

Some locations include simple markers or links. No app or login is needed.

3. Leave with a small trace

A short story or place note appears — a quiet record of having been there.

Start with the Fukuoka Center map.

This area is a demonstration. New pins will be added gradually.
